Sean Cody Model “Noel” Will Return To School Wednesday, School District Denies He Was Suspended For Porn Work

The Brevard County School District confirmed to The Gaily Grind that they will allow an 18-year-old Cocoa High student to return to class on Wednesday, after the student claims he was expelled by his principal after shooting a gay porn video for Sean Cody in order to pay his family’s bills.

Last night, Orlando’s WKMG interviewed the high school senior Robert Marucci and his mother, who both say they were explicitly told by the school’s principal Stephanie Soliven, that he was “expelled not just suspended..due to his explicit adult life style career.” (Video below)

The school district denies both the student and his mother’s on camera claims that he was expelled because of his role in gay porn, and said the ‘real’ reason he was told to stay home and issued a referral slip was because of “credible allegations” the staff received.

“We had an investigation, which is now complete, and the student is welcomed to come back to talk to Dr. Sullivan about his educational options,” said Michelle Irwin, a spokesperson for the district.

However, when we asked the exact reason for the student’s suspension, Irwin couldn’t say, citing privacy laws.

“No child would ever be suspended for a job that they have outside of the school environment,” said Irwin.

Marucci, told WKMG that other students found out about his work and he became a target for bullies. The school says Marucci never told anyone he was being bullied.

WKMG also says administrators gave Marucci a referral slip claiming he made threats, which may be why he was suspended. But when they checked with Cocoa police, who would have been notified, they called it a rumor.

So who do you believe is telling the truth? Do you believe the school district who is claiming they were ‘investigating’ Marucci, but suddenly ended their investigation after the story went global, or do you believe the High School student and his mother?

It’s not illegal to do porn.
