Tom Daley’s latest fitness video is all about making sure you are getting the right amount of protein to keep you in tip-top shape.
The diver explains that after a work out, protein “plays a key role in helping your body repair and recover.”
After a strenuous workout, Daley says there is a magic 20 minute window to replenish your protein, and help repair and recover your muscles.
What are the optimum sources of protein? Daley suggest eating chicken breasts, eggs and steaks.
