Watch An Emotional Michael Sam Become The First Openly-Gay Player Drafted Into The NFL

On Saturday, 6-foot-2, 260-pound defensive end Michael Sam, made history as the first openly-gay player drafted into the NFL.

Sam was selected by the St. Louis Rams with the 34th pick in the final round of the NFL draft.
