An Icelandic Kids TV Show Just Gave This Brilliant Explanation Of Human Sexuality

Kids’ TV in Iceland decided to tackled the topic of sexuality with a brilliant explanation that any child can understand.

The long-running kids’ show Stundin Okkar, aired a segment featuring Icelandic former Eurovision singer Páll Óskar, who took part in the segment which perfectly summed up human sexuality.

When he was asked: “Do you have a girlfriend?”, the singer responded: “Actually, no I don’t… and I’m never going to have any girlfriends.”

“I don’t get crushes on girls. I get crushes on guys, because I’m gay.”

When asked “When did you know you were attracted to guys and not girls?”, he replies by asking the female host: “When did you know you were attracted to guys and not girls?”

When she says “I’ve just always known”, he adds: “Yeah, same here. It’s exactly the same. You’re just born this way.”

“Some guys like other guys, some guys like girls. Some girls like guys, some girls like other girls. You don’t decide what makes your heart beat, it just beats.”

He added: “Think about what it would be like to live in a world where it didn’t matter who you were attracted to! We just need to create that world – that’s our responsibility.”
