Meet Brody, Tate and Turner.
These three Nebraska teenagers will vote for the first time in 2016 and they’re looking forward to supporting Donald Trump.
“They are showing up in droves to see Donald J. Trump,” CNN Politics writes, “Men and women, overwhelmingly white, frustrated with the country’s first black president, fearful that they are being displaced by minorities and immigrants, and nostalgic for the way America used to be.”
Brody tells CNN Politics that in high school, he learned that America was once a great country: “In school we learned about…um, how America was great…you know, back in, back in..a while ago, or never…I kinda wanna live through that as an 18 year old.”
“When three 18-year-old kids are driving out thirty minutes to go to a Trump rally, I mean, that’s a movement,” said Turner.
Apparently, driving 30 minutes in any direction is the new definition of a political movement!
The teens are also worried about their freedom to say sexist comments like ‘schlonged’ in the presence of women or men.
“Ordinary citizens say stuff like [schlonged], and I wouldn’t say that any of us are sexists for using any of those terms or making those comments,” Turner told CNN. “If you take that away, then you lose the authenticity, you lose the fact that [Trump] is speaking from his heart.”

The video has triggered an avalanche of angry Facebook comments, here are the 3 most liked comments the video received:
“Nostalgic for the way America used to be?? You mean when there were Jim Crow laws and you could hang black people from tree limbs and get away with it???,” writes Kathy O’Rourke Usselman.
Ann Panel writes: “And if you think America isn’t great now you’re a delusional moron. Go outside of your home town once in awhile. Try another country, especially a third world country. You’ll understand, in a heartbeat, how freakin’ lucky you are that you’ll come running and crying back to the US. These kids in the video are utter idiots with some huge sense of entitlement. You want a greater country? Do something more than play Nintendo and help improve it. Spoiled brats.”
Lesa Kissling-Kurdziel writes: “‘What would it take’? How about higher education. The fact that they identify with a presidential candidate who acts like a junior high school bully with a 3rd grade vocabulary explains why the GOP has defunded education.”
